[Moon-net] ARRL EME 2m CW & QRP stations

Hi All,

Finally, I could work LA8YB, IK3MAC, SP7DCS & SV1BTR in 2m CW EME.
Tnx for the 3 CW initials. I'm even more happy that 3 of these 4 QSO's have
been done at my MR, where my GG is close to zero.

IK3MAC was really loud.
LA8YB has been worked at 17 deg moon elevation (never worked, even JT65 so
high before). This is quite high for my yagi 17m agl = 6th or 7th elevation
lobe.
SV1BTR loud too, particularly with ON7EH (but not as strong here as the 559
Michel gave to Jimmy).

I could even hear my echoes at MS.
Audio recordings will follow on my website (http://home.base.be/cesgai00) in
the course of the week.

My apologize to F1FLA, Jean-Jacques, onto whom I didn't write pleasant
things in my previous mail ("poor RX sensitivity"). I didn't really write
the appropriate way/according to what I thought. Sorry for the
misunderstanding.
Also sorry Bernd DF2ZC. I was so close to complete with BTR (new ini),
though having lost him in an antenna null (hence not hearing him calling
back CQ) that I was a bit upset of hearing you calling Jimmy in what I was
still thinking to be "my" QSO. Hopefully worked Jimmy soon after in the next
lobe.

I'll answer the same way the mails received direct, regarding my previous
mail below.

Thanks all for the fun.
