[Moon-net] 4.9m dish Up

Today we successfully raised the 4.9m dish onto its az-el carriage.

Work remains installing actuators for az and el movement, feed 
support arms, additional support wheels, cabling and electronics.
Still this marks a significant milepost in the project.

I hope to have the station QRV for 23cm eme in December.

We also had the second 50-foot tower raised by the boom-truck.  See
