P.S. 
I made some practical NF measurements with
my modest measurement equipment and 
could not find any additional loss, just the loss 
of the cable in front of the high SWR LNA 
adds to the NF.
The latter is valid only under the condition that the 
impedance of the source (antenna/ generator
or noise source) is 50 Ohm..
