[Moon-net] Another new DXCC QRV on 6m EME!

It is with great pleasure that I welcome Mike, VP8NO to 6m EME!  His JT65A signal 
peaked at -22 dB here, when we completed during his second ground gain lobe today. 
Degredation was 3.5 dB, Kp index was 3.0.  Mike is using a 5 element Optibeam, a K3, 
and an ACOM 1000 amp.  He is currently horizon-only, so his best moon horizon is when 
the moon is at northernmost declination, and the moon traverses across his northern 
horizon (above a salt water bay) in his second ground gain lobe.

Mike was my 6m DXCC #125, and #75 worked off the moon on 6m.  After we completed, 
Mike began calling CQ, and also completed with Mick, W1JJ.  Congratulations to Mike, 
and we are thrilled to have such a rare DXCC now on 6m EME!  VY 73, Lance
