[Moon-net] QSL card needed

OK1TEH is non-member of OK QSL-buro. I received my QSL, which I sent via buro, back. 
 
So I put it in an enveloppe and added a few EUR for postage (he's a student, at least at that time) and received QSL back very fast.
 
Normaly I only send QSL direct for EME-contacts or special stations from which QSL can only be obtained direct. But I found that almost every direct sended QSL with self-adressed enveloppe is answered very fast. I must say I'm almost always the first to send. If I know that the operation is it a worse financial situation as I am, I add some EUR/$ or green stamp to cover postage (so mostly SA, AF, AS continent).

Hello all

ED my list is too long, look my web. But i have a QSO with. YO9FRJ, N5KDA, and they confim very fast and direct.
AO5SE is via ea5se. With other station here no EME qso, only with OK1TEH in 144 ES and i hope soon received his QSL.

I always say if any need my QSL please sent my a email. 73 and GL ED with our QSL.
