[Moon-net] IC746 transient output spikes

Hi Lance.  In addition to Leif's comments, common fix is to use a sequencer
to delay switching the solid state amp to TX until after the spike would be
over.  So the spike passes harmlessly to the tube amp.  But if there is no
tube amp, then YIKES, the spike hits the antenna and maybe the preamp.  So,
you have to make sure the antenna relay is sequenced off first, on last.
(This assumes that you are properly using the antenna relay as energized for
receive.)
