[Moon-net] Time Sync Program

I use the following program:

and the Host I use is clepsydra.dec.com

I have used it since 2006 or so.

There is a "utility" in Windows that also syncs the time. I do not think you 
can run both at the same time, but I also think you have to manually turn 
that function on.  Perhaps an expert on that subject can clarify it.
