The eBay listing says it is an Airtron waveguide switch.
And has to be sold to a US citizen and can't be exported.

Maybe because it is a military surplus component?!

Continental Microwave and Tool (CMT) acquired the microwave
division of Airtron in 2001.

The eBay listing is 0.872 x 0.394 (inches) ...
WR90 waveguide inside dimensions are 0.9 x 0.4 aprox ...
WR90 range is 8.2 GHz to 12.4 GHz.

There's a request info link on the CMT site noted above ...
maybe they can offer more info on the waveguide switch.

The eBay listing indicates there are 86 of these available.
