I was very sorry to hear about Rainer. We had a lot of long talks at Weinheim, when he organised the Dubus dinners. We also discussed, at length, the measurement of noise figures and the pitfalls of measurement. He was an inspiration to many of us. I miss those talks. He was truly a great guy.
