Thanks for all the replies...general opinion is they are internally
compensated and are not usable at 23cm. At $20/each that would make
for cheap eme at 1296 if they would work. Apparently they will work
nicely at 902.
I already have a 150w 902 amp so will pass on the e-bay item.
Perhaps in time the cost for 300w on 23cm will come down to a
reasonable price. It would be nice to just clamp a couple to the
back of the dish and forgo the bulky 1-5/8 inch hardline run from the
shack. I have both a GI-7b and TH328 amp for 1296 so will run one of
them, eventually.
