[Moon-net] Opinion on this e-bay item

Hi Ed.
I recently asked the same question and the consensus is that the ceramic 
substrate board cannot easily be reworked to work at 1296 MHz and 
furthermore, the FETs are internally compensated at 800/900 so the gain 
drops off to nil at 1296. Short of carefully popping the ceramic caps 
off the FETs to try and rework the dies, they're virtually useless for 1296.

I guess that's a big part of the reason why the amps are going for so 
cheap ;)
