RF Linear Amplifier 150W 33cm 800-900MHz Radio UHF

Any opinons or experience with this amplifier?  Can this be made to 
work on 1296?  Are the MRF897 and MRF899 transistors usable at 1296 
and has anyone done a pcb to use them?  I would like to combine four 
to get 250-300w.
