[Moon-net] Best overall home-made preamp for EME?

Hello everyone.
I am currently using a home-made (0.8dB NF, MRF966) 432MHz preamp but I obviously want to improve on that front. I have been looking around on the net for designs, both modern and not so modern, for the best overall preamp. There are so many designs detailed on the web that I don't know where to start...
I am looking for suggestions and hyperlinks for designs from people who have had experience building and using them. Of course, the Noise Figure is of prime interest, but I don't want cryogenic designs... Here are my criteria:
-I want to build it,
-EME grade noise figure (< 0.4 dB),
-Gain > 15dB,
-Unconditionally stable, or almost...
-Cavity (a must ?),
-Relatively easy to make with hand tools and off-the-shelf plates pipes and tubes, not with a CNC machine...
-13.8V DC supply,
-No RF switching required,
I thank you in advance for your feedback. I might publish the survey results on Moon-Net.
Enjoy EME! 73
