[Moon-net] EME 2008 pre-conference tours

Greetings:

I was informed by the Hotel Mediterraneo that the EME conference
tours for LUCCA/PISA and FLORENCE CITY are fully booked.

They suggested some alternate offerings which we may consider;
we've also asked them to wait list us in the event someone else
is unable to participate at the last minute.

At the time of our request we were the first ones to exceed
the maximum number of people they could accommodate.  If there
are other people who have not reserved please consider sending
in your request to the Mediterraneo ASAP.  If there are enough 
people (especially for the LUCCA/PISA tour) it may be possible 
to arrange additional accommodations for the tour.

Alternatively - if there are folks who are also unable to
partake in the LUCCA/PISA tour and would like to join the
XYL and myself and others for the day on Thu 7.8.2008 please
drop me an email off-list.
