[Moon-net] conference participant

Dear EME friends,
apparently Telecom Italia (whose auditorium we'll be meeting in), is 
more security conscious than we had anticipated.
They would like to have for each conference participant the following info:
- Full name
- ID type (e.g. U.S. Passport)
- ID number.
This only applies to participants actually accessing the auditorium 
during the Conference, and not to spouses,family members,etc.,engaged 
in different activities.

Please e-mail us the info as soon as possible.
