My power divider for UHF is full of wax so I'm led to believe?? It was made
by a local ham.
I've tried to get in touch with him to find more details but to no avail.

Hello Gentlemen.
Let your power dividers breath!
I have built large power dividers using large diameter copper/brass tubing
or 2 inch square brass tubing for years.
The ends are covered with perforated
material of some kind to keep the bugs out.
Everything is open to the air. No water ever accumulates in them since
they are large and open to the air.
One inch square tubing is too small, cannot be sealed easily and the
electrolysis produced by combining aluminum and connectors of different
materiial eventually causes problems.
Try it. It works for me.
