Sounds like a decent price ... these beasts are used in telecom aps.

I couldn't come up with anything quick ... but you may want to look
for the 596B4 supply also by predecessors to Lucent including WECO
(western electric).  

Also try looking under PWPQAUNAAC or just PWPQAUN ..

The unit may have come out of a GPS2424 24v power system.

It may have had batteries connected to it.

I've been away from this stuff for some time now ...
