[Moon-net] Power supply help

Hi,

I have (3) LUCENT TECH. Model # 596B4 power supply's just purchesed, $ 65.00
each.
Problem is "zero" info on these units. They are 200-240 AC @ 20 amps input,
output is: 24-27.3 volts @ 110 amps

Units come up and show 27.3 volts no load but has a "FAULT LED" blinking on
the front panel.

There are 3 large stakes on the back, 2 of them are the + & - stakes, 3 rd
is ??, do not know and no resistance to the + or - stakes.
Also have a small connector on the back, what it is for also unknown.

As for high power amps on 23 cm system need a bit of wiring information if
anyone can help.
Amp is rated for 28 volts max.
Just a bit nervous to connect them to the amps as the blinking fault light
is not a good thing at this time.
