Hello all,

After attempts to get high power from small tube (GS34) I decided to get
high power from Mitsubishi modules. It was surprize for me to get 70W from
18W module RA18H1213G. First attempt was to combine 6 modules. The second
was to combine 10 modules. Finaly it is 700W output (saturation power) at
16V;124A DC. Total efficiency is abt 35%. Amplifier is water cooled. Main
problem is high thermal resistance of modules. To use key down modes need to
reduce voltage down to 12...13V. Anyway at 13V output power is up to 500W. I
used simple way to combine with quater wave air wires. In input devider use
resistors because of too high power from transverter. I use two PS's
SE-1000-15.
You can see some pictures:

To get it in english you can use online translator:

Last days I tested this PA. Good CW echo and good reports. Sometimes
readable SSB echo with my 2.8m dish. Of course I need time to see if it is
reliable enough.
It looks as old 2C39 ring PA hi.
