[Moon-net] 70cm LNA Pre-amplifer

Hi All

I am looking for a preamp for 70cm with a good NF maybe someone have one 
on shelf extra want to sell.

OR

Also I have a low noise preamp with ATF58143 from  Andrew Howe / G4KBC 
and I just used it once /P in 2006 and now I found it deaf ,so I did get 
the gasfet from Andrew but  we found capacitors blown on the output also 
and  we cant identify them.As Andrew is to much busy he did  not 
respond.when asking  him .So I am asking here maybe someone has one of 
this type preamp and has the diagram or can help us identify them.
