Hello all ,

I don't understand the arguments about for who the conference is meant ...

We are all sharing the same hobby and that's moonbounce either if it is on
50MHz or on 10GHz we all use the same moon don't we ?

It's the technique that interests us not the band we are operating .

Its sad that some people make such a statement , we should appreciate the
efforts that the organizing people do instead of sending out meaningless
mails about being welcome or not ...

Perhaps those that think they are not welcome should start a conference as
well , one for 50MHz , 144MHz , ... and yes perhaps one for digital and for
analogue ...

Before shouting it out think twice , this makes life much easier for us all.

Best regards,
Kenny ON4DPX

Onderwerp: [Moon-net] About 13th. EME Conference

Dear EME friends,

soon after the publication of the invitation message for the 13th.
EME Conference, we have received a number of conflicting comments
about its contents. We would like, at this time, to make it clear
that everybody is welcome to come and stay with us in Florence, and
should feel free to present and/or discuss all pertinent EME subjects
and modes of operation. It was far from our intentions to exclude
anybody or any subject from the Conference.
At the same time, in view of the conflicting opinions being
expressed, we feel the next conference's organizers' task would be
made easier if the conferees ,at the close of the 13th. Conference,
were called upon to decide not only the location of the next
Conference, but what they would like it to be.

73 to all from the ARI-C.R.T.
