[Moon-net] Swan Island DXpedition 2m qrp EME is on

Mike K6MYC and M2 Antennas have kindly provided us
with a 350w amp and a 2M9SSB antenna, so we will have
a modest 2m EME effort after all from Swan Island,
grid EK87, from March 15-23.  There will also be a
full scale 6m EME effort.
