[Moon-net] Feb. 2m CW Dubus event

I operated for 2 hours of the February DUBUS 2m CW event.

- Worked IK3MAC.
- Heard a few partials on .040, .044 and .048 but not enough to make out 
who. (F3VS on .040 ?).

I suspect I may have an RX problem as signals seem to be a dB or 2 down. 
I recently changed out my towertop RF relay....maybe high insertion loss 
? Will investigate when the WX improves.

I concur with the others and would like to express my appreciation to 
the organizers of the event for the opportunity to work and even just 
listen for CW stations using my modest station.  I'm usually lucky to 
make just 1 contact but even hearing others encourages my persistence :)
