[Moon-net] corrections to "newbie's viewpoint"

Dennis,

You have discovered a secret to working QRP eme >> Call CQ.  I would 
not have believed that would work but in the last contest I did well 
with about 50% CQing.  I did publish on MoonNet my favored CQ 
frequencies so I was not entirely "unknown random".  But this will 
work if you decide to not use assistance (logger) during a contest.

BTW I fixed my receiver problem and will be active in the REF/DUBUS 
Digital Contest.  Still QRP (need more time for finishing the 8877) 
with 185w and 4x 3WL x-yagis.  Favorite calling freqs: 144.116 & 
144.148  Look for my JT65 CQ's!  With some luck I will have 
Linrad/MAP65 running.
