Ah Jurgen,

Maybe the question is: "is there any smart guy who can interpret 
information from the computer to decide if a QSO was made?".  That 
would depend on whether the smart guy believed that the information 
on the computer was factual.  If so then a decision would be 
possible.  If the computer was not believed to be factual then no 
decision would be possible based only on the computer.
