No - and a quick Google didn't find anything either.

I am only now improving my expertise with WSJT ...

But I am interested in the details behind your query!
Windows CE devices are usually lower CPU power and
battery powered (albeit those are not requirements).

Thinking about your question - what also comes to mind
is using Windows XP embedded ...
