On this topic, I have decided not to subject anyone to criticism on
their response to my QSLs. I was behind for almost a year due to
nothing other than having lots of other things to do; not updating my
QSL for new QTH address (not good excuses).
I decided to add a couple columns to my eme initials log to show QSL
received and sent. This lets others know when I sent them their QSL
and if I received their QSL. So far only the 2m eme and meteor
scatter logs are complete. They are at:

I am QSLing all eme initials 100%. I am hoping for a return
card. Thank you if you sent one to me.

Current status on 2m QRO is the Swan HVPS has been tested without
load at 2900-volts and HV applied to the HV switch in the
bias/meter/control panel. Today we should be starting on finishing
of the 8877 RF compartment/panel. I separated these two functions so
that the control panel and HVPS could supply amplifiers on other
bands (e.g. 50-MHz and 1296-MHz). I am not sure that I will be QRV
for the Digital DUBUS/REF Contest weekend (Feb. 9/10) as my FT-847
has developed a receiver problem.
