[Moon-net] qsl /no qsl

Hello all

I think that in 5 years as a ham operator I sent 2000 qsl card mostly 
6m,2m and I still have 10% of non confermed as new DXCC especially on 6m 
all sent with coveage for post.
So my say is if it is a new DXCC I will send mostly the first with 
covarage for post but for new inital I never send but If I receive 
direct with/out sase or buro I always replied.
So If you want my card for new DXCC or new initial you have to send 
Direct/ buro as you like I will reply for sure .
I am sure that out there  are people which dont agree with me ,the only 
think I   can say is Sorry that is my opinion,which I  think it is fair 
enough.But no one can say you did not replied to me.
