[Moon-net] Bravo on exposing the non-QSLers

Gentlemen and Non-QSL equally,

I personally would like to know those who do not QSL...I prefer not to waste my time and effort working them without hopes of get a card so I can apply for an award...but this is my personal opinion.  But, the "Stamp Stealers" and/or "Money Stealers" should (and must) be exposed.  They do not have to QSL...that is their right, but they should return the money if sent...or at least let people know they won't QSL, so people do not send any cards or money to them.

 YES!!   Keep posting the calls of the "Stamp Stealers" and non-QSLer, for those that want to know.  It seems that the ones who already have gained awards, resulting from receipt of QSL, are now complaining about ethics and bad manners.  Bad manners and bad ethics is ... "Stealing Stamps" and/or money.  Matter of fact we should start a web site ...Stampstealers.com...so we can look before we answer the CQ.

 Keep in mind this is my opinion and only my opinion...because I'm from the old school that feels it is part of the QSO to confirm it with a card, especially if requested.

 Keet up the good work of exposing the "W_lts" of the world.
