[Moon-net] Am I too optimistic?

Hello Everyone,

I have been reading you for a while. Very interesting stuff. Here is my current equipment:

13 el. long boom yagi on 432 @ 40 ft elevation.
100W.
60 ft  of 1/2" heliax.
TS-790a rig.
no preamp.

I know, I know. This is too little for EME. What if? What if ground gain helps? What if the moon conditions are at their best? What if the other station is a big gun?

Could I hear myself using a sound card and spectrum analyser? 

Achieving something like this would give me a boost of energy in developing a better station.
