[Moon-net] TO3EME Expedition is cancelled

Hi EME addicts,

Due to unexpected personal reasons, the planned expedition TO3EME late 
April early May in french Guyana is cancelled.
No future 'replacement' plans have been  raised yet as the decision  to 
cancel the Expe has been taken few minutes ago.

Sorry for the people that were expecting this news dxcc,
