[Moon-net] ARRL contest rules

The ARRL editor Ward Silver, N0AX, in his opening comment  on the results  ( see http://www.arrl.org/contests/results/2007/EME/ ) suggests that the community takes a look at the DUBUS EME contest classes. I can't recall seeing on these reflectors any violent dissagreement with the rules of the DUBUS contest  ( which are at  http://www.dubus.org/ and then go to EME pages)
 Are there any reasons ( apart from NIH) why the ARRL contest could not use the same set of classes and rules?
