[Moon-net] JT65B station appear to drift during transmit..

During my operations on Sunday April 13, I observed a station drifting
on the WSJT waterfall display. This took place on 144.128 from
2200-2230UTC.

It was a fairly strong signal and unfortunately I could not decode it.
