I have very high Santa Ana winds and could not erct 144 MHz antennas very high. Noise level is more then 20 dB over 50 ohmj termination and I could not hear any station. I will try tomorrow.
I tryed to keep my dish on the Moon, managed to work some stations, very good signals from WW2R.
I am experimenting with new feed. I am very much interseted in signal reports from other stations if my signals are weaker, about the same orl stronger.
During west window I managed to QSO JA4BLC although new type of QRM arrived. On the top of 803.11 b/g bursts, now I have very wide - probably dspread spectrum continous signals with subcarriers with about 1 kHz spacing. Looks like OFDM, maybe DVB-T type of modulation.
I found spot around 2424.076 with minumum of those subcarriers and finally found JA4BLC responding to my CQ.
Listening on 2101.9 MHz band QSOd VK4AFL and VK3NX, both with good signals.
I will be back tomorrow few hours before contest end, hopefully also on 144 MHz.
