[Moon-net] KL6M QRT (Murphey) 13cm

I managed to work one, ES5PC (559/549) before the Spectrian failed.  I
will attempt to repair but I am not optimistic.

Heard NA4N, W5LUA, VE6TA, VK4AFL (NICE SIG!).  I listened on 2424, but
could not pull anything thru the noise.  I have 5.6dB CS-term with normal
noise floor <1dB on 2304, and on 2424 my noise floor is >6dB!  No idea
what is causing the noise.
