[Moon-net] 9cm 12-13th

Just got the 9cm system in place.  10.8 dB sun noise and 0.3 db moon noise.
Nothing like the last minute, echos are at the noise floor,  35w at feed.
 
Still strong winds, will look for everyone the next few days before we take 9cm 
out and go back to 13cm.
 
We will TX and RX 3400,  NO 3456.
