And maybe very bad weather like we had in OK past day. I was not able to install 13cm because heavy raining and strong wind which is calming in this time. I was really looking forward for but............
Many info says, that same situation with WX was accros EU.

I'm too old for a "face lift" Guenter!
I think there are two maybe three reasons.
1) Several people are operating multiple bands, 6,3,13cm so time per band is
limited and so possibly searching is a bit quick. I suspect that more SDR
systems like yours would help
2)There is more QRM in the US in the 2320 segment from the satellite radio
system and from cordless radio stuff, we can probably never run enough power to
overcome that.
3) In Europe all our tropo operation is on 2320 and so systems are tried out
more, and many EU countires can operate both2320 and 2304 so they can check
echoes on both bands and so on.

Hello,

I was waiting for Peter's comment, and now I can totally agree. It was
frustrating to see only one trace on my 12kHz wide waterfall on 2320 which was
him, and at the same time 5 traces on 2304.

Peter, what else must we do in order to become more attractive?

>From 0000 to 0326 I worked 14 stations. DF3RU #, F2TU, RW1AW, OH2DG, OK1KIR,
ES5PC, IK2RTI #, SM3AKW, OE9ERC, HB9SV, ( Xband) F5JWF #,SP6GWN #, K1JT (Xband)
DL4MEA. CWNR were W5LUA,WD5AGO, NA4N
I then had a short nap and in the next three hours to 0915 I worked only
PA0BAT. But as usual I did hear a lot of others on 2304 ... and called them,
mostly many times, WD5AGO, WA6PY,KL6M, NA4N, K7XQ, IW2FZR,and OK1CA.
I would be interested to hear of anyone who called me X band and didnt get a
reply, when the RIT runs out its easy to make an setting error on split
operation.
Hope some of you US guys will be on tomorrow.
