[Moon-net] USA PBS Show; Remote Control Telescopes via Internet

It IS necessary if as it stated that the scope is Remote. My scope is 3 
blocks from my home and I will make it available on the internet as I 
want to be able to train it anywhere at will. I will also make it 
availabley to others as time allows for fee.  I already have users who 
wish to use it, albeit astronomy clubs without a big dish.  As it is 
now, It is still being built.
