Hello Erwin - MSI in Virginia sell a "Anglestar" inclinometer which was
$237 US when I purchased mine about 2 yrs ago.  They are very accurate
& have a resolution of 1/10th degree with a nice readout.  
I used inexpensive twisted pair data cable to connect the sensor to the 
display & nothing has given any trouble.
One downside is they will not ship outside the US but all you need is a
contact to forward it on.
