[Moon-net] WA5WCP/7 23 cm ended.. will give 13 cm a try at approximately 11:30Z

ALL:  Sorry to report the 23 cm amp is not fixed.. water pump failed
causing secondary failures.. 

So 23 cm operations are concluded from ID.

I will make an effor to get 13 cm operational in about one hour, but it
was not working well in UT, so this may be a fruitless effort.

Will advise on my progress.
