[Moon-net] W2SZ schedules for September VHF contest

W2SZ has some open slots for EME schedules on 144 Mhz.  Our Moonrise is 0730 UTC and we have to stop 
at 1200 UTC.

Schedules tend to start at 30 minute intervals on 144.170 MHz.

After a successful schedule we will listen on 144.170.
