I like the idea of unobtainium! 

This is a probably a voltage (or rather, current) tuned band-pass filter, 
probably from one of the Tek microwave spectrum analysers. I checked to see 
if it's the part used in the elderly 7L18 I use for my games on 10/24GHz, but 
it's not.

I guess that the most likely source of information is the Tektronix discussion 
group on Yahoo. 

Look forward to a QSO on 10GHz sometime...
