[Moon-net] YIG Tuned Filter

Folks,

I doug out of deep storage, a microwave device I am looking for more 
information on.
It is a Tektronix YIG Tuned filter, Part Number 119-1140-00
I once heard of Yttrium-Indium-Garnet, but dont know anything about ti.
An obviously precision machined  steel (or maybe unobtanium) cylinder, with 
beefy chassis mount brackets, and two SMA connectors.
Perhaps a notch or bandpass filter, tuned with a voltage?
Can anyone help me find out about this device, or send me to a reference on 
Tek devices, based on the Part number?   Tnx...
