[Moon-net] Iono absorbsion or Unusual Libration??

Good lord I left out a couple of words completely in that last 
mailing, but I'm sure U can All sort it out, sorry, Darrell....this 
getting old is for the BIRDS, and NOT the Watt Meter type.
