[Moon-net] REPORTING

Reading the reports of stations operating in the contest gives me mixed 
impressions. Such report should contain own callsign and band of opereation 
first, before you go into details. Quite a few stations are howvever quite 
rude, using only their name and no band ! Are they perhaps ashamed of their 
callsign ? Such report is useless.
