Andre,

Pair the 18el up for horizontal polarization and pair the 11el up 
vertically polarized with separate feeds for each pair and you have a cheap 
x-pol system.  The 2x11 will be a bit marginal, but may afford you some 
extra contacts when polarity is locked out.
