[Moon-net] Activity report 27-30 September from SM5LE 1296 MHz

Hi all

 

Despite uWave contest it did work out fine on 1296 MHz for me this weekend.

2 new inits (eventually 3 , SP6JLW:s QSO not confirmed).

 

On CW

27th G4CCH, G3LTF and OK1DFC.

28th G4CCH, SP6JLW#(?)

29th K5SO, K1RQG# on random, G4CCH, VK3UM and OK1DFC

30th Heard and called VK4AFL nice sigs, G4CCH in cross mode CCH SSB/LE CW 44/559 ! and SP7DCS# on sked (45 min.)

Also got a nice "heard you" report from Pete N0OY. Tnx.

 

On digital: 26th ES5PC ,  27th RD3DA ,  29TH JA6AHB

 

The degradation seems significant for " small dish people". For the first time I was able to really hear (by ear) my own echo's , but less than 50 % of time. But Spectran helps a lot especially when I "echo-tuning in" on a CQ station.
