Hi I have mailed to ARRL and asked them why there is not an Operating Categories for SWL (RX only). No response ... I "cheated" a friend to participate "you can do, listen only, and send in log". Of course I have to ask ARRL but no response... This is "Discrimination" - hi /Sven SM5LE
