[Moon-net] QRP EME 1st pass

Hi Petrzilka,

Sorry I didn't copy you last night.  The signals from Europe were strong and 
there were many calling very close to each other that made decoding (even at 
10 Hz tol) very difficult at times.  And the QRN from powerlines added to 
the problem.  But it was fun being chased in an EME pileup!

I had to leave after just a few hours.  I hope to be on again tonight, but I 
have guests over the weekend and may not be able to slip out.
