[Moon-net] QRV 2nd Leg

NS10 and I will be QRV for the 2nd leg of the ARRL Contest.  NS10 came back 
from China and will be aiding me again.  I don't have a particular freq to 
call on but will pounce on anything I can find.  For those of you who are 
working the loggers, take notice of a signal popping up just off your 
frequency and decode it.  It could possibly be me calling you. I will look 
for the JA stations and adhere to the 40KHz offset.

If I work you on JT65 and think we have a good enough chance to work CW, 
I'll send GOCW73 to let you know and will expect you to come back with 
something like OKCW at which point, I'll call you on CW the next 1 minute 
period. NS10 is a better CW operator than I and we'll try to work some 
straight random CW again this time around.
